Consultant Job in IGNOU for any Degree holder


Name of the Post: Consultant (Full Time)
Pay: Rs. 25000/- per month consolidated.
No of Posts: 01
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum five years work experience pertaining to import/purchase and in dealing with multiple agencies like ministries, banks (India & Abroad), Customs, Freight etc.
Duration: Initially for six months extendable further based on his/her performance and requirement. Selected candidates shall have no right for claiming regular appointment in the university.
Details of Work:
1.The consultant will arrange the acquisition of visas, customs clearances & any other formalities that may be necessary for the entry of the supplier’s personnel (Mitsubishi cooperation) into India & their stay therein for the equipment provided under the IGNOU- JICA Project.
2. The consultant will take necessary measures to ensure prompt unloading & custom clearance at the points of disembarkation in India & internal transportation therein of the Equipment.
3.  The consultant will coordinate with the various Ministries for releasing the Authorization to Pay to the NHK ITEC, Mitsubishi Cooperation and other agencies.
4. For the dismantling of the equipment installed to the Video studio-1, Non-linear editing, Graphics room, Duplication room, the consultant will coordinate with the Engineering & the Purchase section of EMPC for calling the limited tenders, where necessary.
5.   Any other administrative & technical tasks assigned from time to time.
