EXPERIENCE: Seven years` experience relating to Planning and Construction of Harbours. DUTIES: Planning, development and constructions of Fishing Harbours and Shore Installation. To deal with International fishing Harbor matters. Coordination of results of research at fisheries research institutions and filed work of State Fisheries Departments. To advise and assist in all matters relating to the development of fishing Harbours and Shore installation and to formulate and process programmes relating to such developments.
