EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Mining Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Metallurgy from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent. OR Master’s degree in Geology or Ore Dressing or Chemistry or Physics from a
recognized University or Institution or its equivalent: and B. EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in well equipped laboratory or Pilot Plant conducting Mineral beneficiation/ Mineral agglomeration including two years in a supervisory capacity. DESIRABLE: i) Post Graduate Degree in the Engineering subject concerned/ Doctorate degree in Geology or Physics or Chemistry or Ore Dressing from a recognized
University. ii) Working knowledge of Computers with special emphasis on commonly used software in Office. DUTIES: Experiments on pilot plant scale in raising the grade Ores and Minerals, preparation of project reports on milling and recovery of ores, minerals and production of concentrate. Such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Controller General or any other officer authorized by him.

The post is reserved for Other Backward Classes Candidates. Qualification: Essential: EDUCATIONAL: Degree in Textile Technology of a recognized University or Institution or equivalent. OR Diploma in Handloom Technology of a recognized Institution or equivalent. B. EXPERIENCE: Two years` practical experience (4 years in the case of diploma holders in handloom Technology) in a textile weaving or production establishment or Institute preferably in handlooms. DESIRABLE: Teaching experience in handlooms. DUTIES : To handle both theory and practical classes for diploma course, on the subjects of weaving. Guiding the students in project work. To attend the service activities. To work as Head of Weaving Section, as and when, assigned by the Head of Office. Any other
work, as assigned by the Head of Office, from time to time.
